Bloomsdale Longstanding

Heirloom. Open-pollinated. Heavy, continuous yield of thick-textured, crinkled, glossy, dark green leaves. An old standard. It’s a large, spreading spinach has dark green, savoyed curled leaves. The yield is good, and it is slow to bolt. Thick textured, crinkled leaves that are glossy and green. For first crop, sow in spring. Plant again in late summer. In mild winter areas, fall plantings yield in early spring.
