Heirloom. Open-pollinated. The original Halloween pumpkin and makes great pies, too! Customer favorite! One of the oldest field pumpkins in existence. Thought to be grown by the North American Indians prior to the European settlement. Flesh is yellow, thick, coarse, and stringy. It also makes excellent animal feed. Great for carving, flattened on the bottom.
